I practice evidence-based, patient-centered care and always aim at providing best care possible. I have over 16years nursing experience and extensively in psychiatric nursing. I create a supportive and judgement free space for patients.

I am passionate about improving access to mental health care for all. My goal is to eradicate the stigma and bias associated with mental health by rendering compassionate, holistic and culturally competent care to my patients. This at the long run helps in living and maintaining an optimal quality of life.
