My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel understood, empowered, and actively involved in your care as we work together toward lasting wellness. I believe there is more to treating mental health conditions than simply prescribing medications. I take a personal approach to patient care and enjoy collaborating with my patients to create a treatment plan that aligns with your beliefs and values. I consider the patient as a whole. Your treatment goals are my goals. I maintain a flexible schedule which includes evening appointments because life often occurs outside of regular business hours!
I provide services to children as young as 6 years old, adolescents, teens, and adults. I am currently only taking new telehealth patients, but if you are searching for in-person appointments, I am happy to add you to my waiting list.
I offer psychotropic medication management, as well as a bridge with psychotherapy. I am able to evaluate, diagnose, and treat all major psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, ADHD, etc.
