I strive to create positive and lasting change for my patients by utilizing both pharmacotherapy and holistic treatment options by understanding the biological basis of mental health disorders along with the psychosocial stressors. I believe pharmacological interventions allow one to regain control of their life along with therapy to address core beliefs and past experiences.
I use a collaborative approach to build trust and confidence in my patients to begin their journey towards a healthy mind and body. I believe in both integrative and holistic approaches using evidence based medicine.
