I am a dually board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and specialist in adult primary care medicine. My areas of clinical expertise include general psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, and addiction medicine. I treat concerns and conditions related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, sleep disorders, and bipolar disorder. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and have extensive experience working with active military personnel, veterans, emergency service workers, and disaster response workers.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Nursing Science and Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts-Boston. I completed my Master’s degree in Nursing Science at the MGH Institute of Health Professions and hold an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
I have served as a sub-investigator in various FDA Phase II, Phase III, and post-marketing clinical drug studies. Additionally, I served as a graduate professor in psychopharmacology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. I leverage my scientific and academic knowledge to create effective and individualized treatment plans.
