Rabany Clayborn, PMHNP-BC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to supporting individuals through all stages of their mental health journey. After completing my degree and training with a specialization in psychiatry from the University of Wisconsin Madison, I went on to gain extensive experience in outpatient, community, department of corrections, and integrated care settings and currently I have 11+ years of specialized psychiatric clinical experience.
In practice, I believe that trust and partnership are key to meaningful care. I am especially passionate about helping people feel heard and understood, whether they’re taking their first steps toward treatment or managing ongoing challenges. When I’m not in clinic, I enjoy staying active in professional development, participating in mental health advocacy.
