About
Are you ready to get better? I am a board-certified psychiatrist who partners with patients using a personalized treatment approach which can include medications, education, and talk therapy. While I treat a variety of mental health conditions, I specialize in anxiety and depression. I also help others explore the impact of society, culture, and relationships on their mental health. I identify as Filipina-American. I see individuals over 18 years old.
My philosophy is to provide a supportive environment to encourage self-care. I help you explore your thought patterns as it relates to your feelings and actions. At times, this may be difficult, but processing and accepting these emotions will move you forward toward healing and growth.
Check out my website to learn more about my practice. I also work with attorneys as an Expert Witness to assist the justice system with better understanding Psychiatry and Psychiatric issues in a legal context. (www.psychexpertwitness.com)
