Dr. Kumar completed her BSc at the University of Calgary and received her medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Maimonides Medical Center in NY and went on to practice pediatrics with the MedStar Shah Medical Group in Maryland.
Dr. Kumar received her training in child and adult psychiatry at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.
