I am a board-certified psychiatrist with a specialty in women's mental health. I trained at University of Chicago and Harvard University, and have over fifteen years of experience providing psychotherapy and treatment with medications. I started my private practice in 2013, and was named an Orange County Physician of Excellence in 2017, 2018, and 2019. I am an attending psychiatrist in the UCLA Women's Life Center.
In addition to general psychotherapy and medication, I provide specialized care for women. My areas of interest include psychiatric treatment in pregnancy, postpartum depression, adjustment to parenthood, pregnancy loss, infertility, eating disorders, and sexual abuse. I also provide consultations about medications during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
I aim to provide the highest possible level of care, focusing on compassionate, collaborative, confidential treatment that is both attuned to the patient's personal circumstances and based on the best available scientific data.
