I received my MD from Columbia University in New York, and my psychiatric residency training at Yale University. I then moved to St Louis, and pursued psychoanalytic training, while in private practice and teaching. I have a certificate in mindfulness and psychotherapy from the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Mass.
We will begin by a thorough psychiatric evaluation, following which we will talk about what is best for you. We may decide upon a course of psychotherapy, a medication trial, mindfulness exploration, or a combined approach. You can do any or all of this with me, or split treatment. .
