Hi everyone! I am Dr. De Jesus Rivera, medical director at Self Improvement Psychiatry. I treat English and Spanish speaking teens and adults, 15 years or older. We specialize in top notch, personalized and timely psychiatric services through telemedicine. I work mainly with patients looking for both psychotherapy and medication management. I practice psychodynamic therapy, which aim is to find the root causes of the issues that you're presenting with. By bringing awareness of the causes, patients are able to process their feelings and find symptom relief.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychoanalyst in private practice on Miami Beach. I believe talking about thoughts and feelings within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship can help us move and even grow through life's challenges with more freedom and flexibility. I have a fellowship in psychoanalysis from NYU and a 2 year of psychodynamic psychotherapy training at Willam Alanson White Institute , NYC.

He believes that there must be an initial phase of proactive psycho-pharmaco-therapy trials to find the best individualized medications. There are always psychological roots to a person's sufferings-symptoms and the goal is to learn the connection of the past to present symptoms, and work to have a balanced functional life.

As a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist, I treat patients of all ages, with a particular emphasis on individuals ages 5-60. Dr. Beers Rossi is the former Medical Director of Adolescent Behavioral Health at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and Chief, department of Psychiatry at Memorial Regional Hospital. Dr. Beers Rossi received her training in General and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at University of Miami.

Dr. Phan-Huy treats adults of all walks of life. Backed by medical and specialty training from the University of Michigan coupled with broad clinical experience, she provides bespoke care for various psychiatric concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder and trauma-related disorders. Arnab Datta, MD is a general psychiatrist, talk therapist, addiction psychiatrist, couples therapist and meditation/EMDR doctor in one. Dr. Datta was a meditation teacher, singer and artist before becoming an MD. Most of his patients want the truth ie. a great listener who provides real world congruent answers to their specific problems in the fewest sessions. You don’t need to be an addict to see Dr. Datta either. He’s a controlled substance specialist who treats adderall, benzos and suboxone patients.
