Meet Dr. Alexander: a psychiatrist with a distinctive blend of empathy and expertise. Unlike most psychiatrists, I practice as a concierge psychotherapist, using light medication, when needed. I utilize cognitive, existential, and paradoxical methods to assist patients of all types to manage their issues in balanced, profound, serene, and insightful manners. The goals are to develop enhanced inner and interpersonal strengths, skills, and perspectives. These enable a more astute navigation of the ever-changing and enigmatic terrains of life. Renee has worked in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, school clinics, community health centers, correction facilities, and tele-health. Renee treats patients across the lifespan who have a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADD/ADHD, psychosis, OCD, and insomnia. Renee includes a wholistic and individualized approach with each patient.

Dr. D'Agostino is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), and has a subspeciality Board Certification in Addiction Medicine; he is a Suboxone provider, and treats a variety of substance use disorders with medication assisted treatment (MAT) and therapy (as needed). He specializes in the treatment of adults and late-adolescents, with expertise in medication management and therapy for conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, opioid and alcohol use disorder.

I see children, teens and adults with all types of mental health conditions. I can see patients virtually (in Colorado or Florida) or in my office in Sarasota Florida. Starting in 6/1/24 I will be converting my practice to virtual only. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. Michele Privette has over 25 years of experience in treating a variety of psychiatric diagnosis which includes: Major Depression, Generalized Anxiety, PTSD and Bipolar disorders. Her experience ranges from inpatient/outpatient settings, as well as providing psychiatric consultation to Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities.

Eduardo obtained his bachelor’s degree in Nursing from State college of Florida, Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University. Additionally, he is certified as Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center ANCC. In addition to his extensive professional training, Eduardo also brings a unique cultural perspective. As a native of Peru, Eduardo brings unique insight to those who may feel as outsiders, or have experienced moving or adapting to a new environment. Eduardo speaks fluent English and Spanish, and can treat patients in both languages.

I provide personalized and individualized care to patients of all ages. Services include psychotherapy and medication management. I cooperate with psychologists, mental health counselors and social workers coordinating care. I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with an extensive experience managing bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety disorders in adults and children.

Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.
