Preya is a nationally certified Physician Associate, with a focus on psychiatry. She received her bachelors in Health Science and a master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Preya has experience in urgent care, inpatient and outpatient settings.

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with many areas of interest including medication management and therapy for those suffering from postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal mental health, women's mental health, and general psychiatry such as Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, ADD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, and Substance Use Disorders.

Ashley is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a Master of Science from Methodist University in North Carolina. Prior to becoming a PA-C she served in the Army for 9 years including several combat deployments.

Welcome. Thoughtful Psychiatry is a group of psychiatric providers devoted to providing a "thoughtful" approach to psychiatric care. The practice consists of multiple psychiatric prescribers that have extensive training in psychotherapy.
