As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I offer psychiatric services and mental health support as part of a complete treatment plan that includes nutrition, nootropics, supplements, medication, counseling and psychosocial support. It is my passion to support you in identifying the cause of the challenges you are experiencing and work with you to achieve the goal of full remission, so that you can truly thrive in your life.

I can identify and treat neurodivergence, autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorder, autoimmune disorders, gut disorders, & sleep disorders. I provide primary mental health care, including both psychotherapeutic and pharmacological treatment in the treatment of life-disrupting behavioral dis-ease. I also help college students transition.
My approach is to get to know you and your history. Together we will come up with a plan that leaves you feeling supported and encouraged while working on improving your mental health and wellbeing.
