Dr. Kurtz is a compassionate & empathetic Integrative Psychiatrist specializing in treating adults experiencing a variety of psychiatric symptoms. Stemming from her osteopathic medical training, she focuses treatment on the whole person - mind, body & spirit. After her psychiatry residency she completed a fellowship in integrative psychiatry & additional training in nutritional psychiatry. She has a passion for working alongside patients to address root causes of mental health symptoms through the skillful combination of traditional and advancing biomedical treatments with alternative modalities.

Psych ZenHealth is committed to providing holistic and compassionate care to the population in our community from ages 17 years and above; to restore, improve and maintain optimal mental health. In course of providing treatment for my clients, I incorporate psychotherapy, Christian counseling, motivational interview, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality orientation, counseling, meditation, health education on diet & exercise and positive reinforcement. I am committed to collaborative care which means, I consider overall physical, mental, emotional and social issues and make referral when necessary to other healthcare specialists.

Hello! We are a mental health clinic providing psych evals, med management and psychotherapy. I am the Clinic owner and Clinician. When you schedule with me, you will be signing up for a team. Currently, there are 3 interns that work with me. An intern will take your medical history and psychiatric history, then I will come on and the intern and I will create the treatment plan. On subsequent visits, you will see the intern and he/she will bring me on when consultaton is needed or the medication and/or treatment plan needs to be changed. All of us provide Integrative Psychiatry using the most recent medications and supplements.
