Hello there! Are you dealing with mental health issues? Are you attempting to maintain balance with your general well-being? I am a mental health professional with board certification (PMHNP-BC). I have empathy, compassion, understanding, and I a good listener. I manage medications, conduct mental health assessments, and conduct brief psychotherapy. I am working with individuals of all ages who are dealing with conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorders, DMDD, coping mechanisms for stress, addiction and other psychiatric issues..

In our first session, we'll discuss the reason for the visit, symptoms, history, psychosocial, expected goals/outcomes, and a tailored treatment plan that is patient-centered. I manage medications, conduct mental health assessments, and conduct brief psychotherapy.
