I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Thoughtful Psychiatry, P.C. I provide psychotherapy and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of stress related conditions. As therapist and prescriber, I try to pave the way for my clients to tell their stories and feel truly understood. I strive to provide a safe environment that allows for self-expression. While diagnosis can be helpful, I believe that each individual enters treatment with a unique set of circumstances, and that it is important to focus on the needs of each individual rather than focus only on his or her symptoms.

As an advanced practice family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, she is certified to treat chronic diseases and mental health disorders using evidence-based pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical interventions across all age groups. Andrietta prioritizes patient-centered care and employs diverse educational techniques to promote health behavior change. Her holistic approach to patient care aims to restore patients to optimal health in a timely manner.

Hannah employs a compassionate, empowering patient care style and specializes in working with children (10+) and young adults. She provides psychiatric medication management services, emphasizing a collaborative approach with patients and families.

I have an active faculty appointment at both Harvard University and Tufts University.

Dr. Bijoy Mathew is a knowledgeable clinician who is committed to creating a successful and therapeutic relationship by building trust with his patients. He is caring and compassionate, and seeks to collaborate to deliver the best individualized care. He earned his medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He did his psychiatric training at Columbia University Medical Center where he completed his residency in General Adult Psychiatry and his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), holding dual board certifications and boasting over ten years of medical expertise aims to provide accessible and comprehensive mental healthcare to individuals from all walks of life. Marsha has a wealth of experience caring for patients with diverse backgrounds in different settings, including primary care, surgical, psychiatric, and veterans throughout Boston. She approaches her work with a culturally attuned, down-to-earth style that helps her clients feel comfortable and at ease.

Elena Mascarenhas has been a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) since 2014. She graduated from Boston College with a Masters in Nursing and from Northeastern University with a Bachelors in Psychology. She has over 13 years of experience working in mental healthcare, including experience in community mental health, residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs and addictions treatment.
