Accepting new clients for psychiatric medication management, both online and in person! While medications can certainly be helpful, I also like to emphasize nutrition and wellness to promote optimal mental health. Many of my clients struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mood disorders. I use a whole person approach to see what interventions benefit my clients in order to individualize their care. I am also able to utilize Spravato (nasal esketamine) for treatment resistant depression. .

I offer psychiatric medication management combined with psychotherapy as well as ADHD/time management coaching. I also incorporate holistic modalities and nutraceuticals for alternatives or adjuncts to psychotropic medication.

I am dedicated to addressing my client's needs using medication, food as medicine, alternative treatments and other therapeutic techniques to help empower you on your healing journey.
