We are currently accepting new patients for ADHD Neuropsychological testing. Think you have ADHD? No problem! We offer ADHD Objective Testing that can be used to guide ADHD diagnosis for patients. The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth. We also offer adult autism assessment and DBT-informed therapy. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, we offer a custom approach for each client! We start with understanding where you are now and your challenges. We help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. Dr. Mark Chofla is a board-certified psychiatrist and physician who completed his specialty residency training at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Chofla earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Telehealth appointments are available! As both a Nurse Practitioner and a Psychologist, I bring a relatively rare combination of skills and ways of thinking about problems to the therapy process. I am keenly interested in helping you feel better both emotionally and physically as well as helping you be successful in the relationships that matter most to you. My goal is to provide seamless care so that as your doctor who knows you best, through therapy, I'm also managing the medications that are part of our collaborative treatment plan.

Hello, I'm Samantha Swartz, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a deep passion for maternal mental health. As a mother of three children myself, ranging in ages from 1 to 8, I intimately understand the unique challenges and joys that come with motherhood.

I offer services for the entire family to help to repair interpersonal relationship, provide life coaching and guidance though both medication management and therapy approach combined on-demand and tailored specifically for individual patient needs. I offer services for young children who don't qualify for medication management through play therapy starting from 4 years of age. I like to raise awareness for mental health issues and break the stigma because it’s “ok not to be ok”. Psychological problems can affect anyone and when one family member has a mental health problem like “anxiety” or a “mood disorder”, it affects everyone.
