Grant Gregory is a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and received his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota in 2014. He has enjoyed working in the behavioral health field since 2006. He has worked and trained in a variety of settings including chemical dependency facilities, adult/child/adolescent inpatient hospitals, outpatient and forensic settings, and in residential treatment of severe and persistent mental illnesses.

I am passionate about providing quality, empathetic, and comprehensive psychopharmacology combined with brief therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. I follow evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition, in my approach to medication management services.

Cassie Rider is a Telehealth-only provider that specializes in chemical dependency and mental health concerns. Cassie is also a MAT service provider for Suboxone.
