My focus is to give each person compassionate, individualized mental health care that supports the healing of both mind and body. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I am passionate about serving underserved communities and those with complex psychiatric needs, using a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach that blends psychopharmacology with supportive psychotherapy.
I believe healing begins when you feel truly heard, respected, and understood. My approach emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and motivational interviewing to help you navigate challenges with clarity and strength.
Whether you are facing life transitions, recovering from trauma, or seeking greater emotional balance, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where your story matters and your goals guide our work together.
