I particularly enjoy helping women ages 18-45 yo prioritize their self care and manage symptoms of Depression Anxiety and ADHD by utilizing standard of care medication management, along with supplements, sleep hygiene nutritional recommendations and life coaching. I also have additional training in perinatal mental health.

I take a strong collaborative approach to my practice. I educate my clients so they can make informed decisions regarding their treatment plan. Initially we will complete a 90 minute Psychiatric Evaluation where we will get to know each other, set the foundation of a good rapport and establish diagnosis and treatment plan. I offer medication management as standard of care but am also able to provide recommendations for nutrition, nutraceutical options. Most clients notice some improvement in 2-4 weeks of beginning treatment.
