I particularly enjoy helping women ages 18-45 yo prioritize their self care and manage symptoms of Depression Anxiety and ADHD by utilizing standard of care medication management, along with supplements, sleep hygiene nutritional recommendations and life coaching. I also have additional training in perinatal mental health.
I take a strong collaborative approach to my practice. I educate my clients so they can make informed decisions regarding their treatment plan.
