I’m Carol Blair-Houston, the founder and lead practitioner at Positive Vibration L.L.C. a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Masters Social Worker and a Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor. Our goal is to assist you in creating more peace and empowerment in navigating life's ups and downs.
My journey into mental health care was deeply personal. As a Registered Nurse, I spent 18 years in previous specialties such as the ER and In-patient Behavioral health, where I saw firsthand how much mental distress affected my patients' overall health.

We believes that optimal mental wellness is achieved through a collaborative assessment that integrates lifestyle, physical health, and psychological components alongside pharmacological management.
