We offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP,) Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) services with an associated sober living component to help our clients achieve sobriety. Our medical professionals and staff are focused on the full recovery of the clients that walk through our doors. With decades of experience on the front lines of treating addiction, our professional and certified staff are well equipped to help empower our patients to overcome the helplessness, despair, and guilt that is common with substance abuse.

As a dual certified nurse practitioner in both psychiatric-mental health and family medicine, I provide individualized holistic mental health treatment that sees you as a whole person and not just a list of symptoms. I provide medication management for adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, chronic stress and addiction. I have special interest and additional training in the diagnosis and management of ADHD, and am passionate about helping other adults with ADHD build strategies to thrive in all areas of their life.

While I believe pharmaceuticals are only a piece of the puzzle, I recognize when medicine is a necessary modality to help a patient feel like themself again. I am capable of diagnosing and prescribing for all mental illnesses, as my behavioral health experience includes: working in inpatient psychiatry, working for a psychiatrist as his personal Nurse Practitioner, and as the psychiatric provider for a clinic that serves the working uninsured. we do not file your visit with insurance. Intake appts are $250 and follow up appts are $150 and we can see you within a week.

This provides the patient with continuity of care and on-demand access to a doctor through telemedicine or in-person appointments. We manage a wide spectrum of illnesses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, OCD, ADHD and insomnia. Patients with these conditions have the best chance of improvement when they have regular appointments with the same physician who works with the patient in a professional setting.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with more than twenty years of involvement in the mental health field. I am interested in treating patients with a wide range of issues including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Sleep Disturbances, and Thought Disorders. Elaine Murray is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in 2005 and has worked in multiple hospitals, outpatient clinics, corporate medical management groups, telepsychiatry groups, centers for substance use disorders, and currently owns and operates Giles Psychiatric Associates. Giles Psychiatric Associates offers a full range of outpatient mental health services. Her palpable desire to provide mental health care is evident in every patient interaction.

NP Laracel D'Andrea is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Wyoming. She has always had a passion for psychology and the study of human nature, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology before completing her nursing degree. She sees the role of a psychiatric nurse practitioner as a bridge between psychology and medicine. Her approach involves treating each person spiritually, mentally, and physically through pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
