I am a Harvard- and Yale-trained board-certified integrative holistic psychiatrist, therapist, and certified yoga teacher specializing in psychotherapy. My boutique practice provides in-depth exploration of underlying issues that may be interfering with your full potential. I work with high-achieving individuals, including professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives in tech, startups, finance, VC firms, law, and creative/film/artistic industries. I help people navigate and improve career stress, family and relationship issues, and other sources of anxiety.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based and practical care through psychotherapy and medication management. I begin with a comprehensive evaluation to understand the needs and strengths of each person. We would work in a collaborative way so that my services are personalized and effective. I will often involve psychotherapy; I only recommend medications if medically indicated and attempt to keep them as simple as possible.

I am a Board-Certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a focus on managing care for patients with anxiety, depression, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have a passion for LGBTQ and SGM health and have a dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have always loved talking with people one-on-one and hearing their stories. Starting my nursing career in cardiology, I found myself taking the time to listen to patient’s fears and worries. In these moments, I saw how vital mental health was in conjunction with physical health, and went back to school to study psychiatric mental health.

I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 26 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and management psychiatric and behavioral conditions including over 7 years of providing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a neuromodulation treatment. I recognize that current mainstream approach of prescribing medications based on symptoms checklist alone is less than optimal.
