I am a board certified adult psychiatrist who also specializes in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I offer initial evaluations and ongoing follow up visits to collaborate with you and develop an individualized treatment plan which may include medication, therapy, and/or lifestyle modifications.
Our practice is centered around understanding you. I have experience with multiple approaches and will tailor to your needs. Therapy modalities used include psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, or motivational interviewing.
