Beata Pearce, FNP/PMHNP has been in the healthcare field since 2009, with different roles in clinical practice both in the hospital and outpatient settings. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Charles R. Drew, University of Medicine and Science. She also obtained a certification in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specialty from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Prior to joining Mindpath Health, she has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for over 6 years now.

I have been passionate about helping and supporting patients to promote health and fulfilling lives. I have worked with diverse populations of all ages with the specialty in gerontology. I have a vast experience in treating anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, stress management, depression, insomnia, and personal growth. I have received my Master in Nursing Science from University of Phoenix and Post-Master degree in Psychiatry from National University. I am nationally double board certified by ANCC, respectively to practice in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice.

It is not uncommon for us feel lost, judged and stigmatized when we are anxious, depressed, traumatized or have any other mental health symptoms, more so when we have concerns regarding recreational drug use. We offer patient centered and nonjudgmental care and treatment. Science based medication management is offered as well, with great emphasis on therapy. We treat various mental illnesses like ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, OCD and PMDD. We have worked with patients with various forms of addiction, like tobacco, opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol, methamphetamines, and other addictive behaviors.

I enjoy helping clients who struggle to function or experience inner pain, yet may not believe they have a mental illness. This includes those who inadvertently hurt loved ones. I'm drawn to assisting individuals with negative psychiatry experiences, or those urged to seek psychiatric help but remain skeptical. I also support clients on psychiatric medications, whether they wish to continue, adjust their treatment, or discontinue their medications. Most importantly, I value working with those eager to understand their suffering and committed to engaging in therapy.
