I am board-certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Washington. I see adult clients with a variety of mental health issues and diagnoses including: depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar spectrum disorders, panic disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. I love caring for clients seeking medication management while planning pregnancy, already pregnant, and in the postpartum period.
Guided by evidence-based practice, I use a shared decision-making model of care to identify problematic symptoms and develop a plan of care based on your priorities. Together, I hope to improve and enrich your experience of life. I practice a holistic approach to mental health. Medications are very useful as one part of an integrated approach to wellness.
Self-schedule via my Patient Portal at www.strongmentalhealth.org Our first appointment will be 90 minutes and done via telehealth (email me if you prefer in-person), with follow-up 50 minute appointments done via telehealth. Office hours are held on Monday through Thursday, from 9 AM to 3PM, by appointment only.
