I practice adult psychiatry, including medication management and psychotherapy, tailored to individual needs. I have particular expertise in working with individuals experiencing significant loss, life changes, and problems in the workplace. Prior to starting my practice, I spent several years assessing and treating individuals with legal problems and a variety of mental health issues, including extensive past trauma. I enjoy helping people to improve their quality of life through facilitating introspection and developing insight and skills for managing emotional issues.
In addition to my clinical work, I perform forensic examinations and consultations for issues including capacity (guardianship and conservatorship), threat assessment, disability, aviation safety, fitness for duty, psychiatric malpractice, competency to stand trial and criminal responsibility.
