Have you been feeling "stuck?" Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns? In relationships? Work? I provide individual psychotherapy to adults - with or without medications. My background is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and I like to work with clients to explore their characteristic ways of handling stress, managing their self-esteem, and relating to others.
I believe the most important part of psychotherapy treatment is the relationship between the therapist and the patient, and I encourage you to set up a time to meet with me and discuss your goals and get to know me. Modern psychoanalytic therapy is far from the cold stereotype of ages past!
