Dr. Alexa Hall was born and raised in New England. She obtained her B.S. in Biology from Providence College and her M.D. from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She then completed her general psychiatry residency at Harvard South Shore in Massachusetts with clinical training throughout many affiliated hospitals of Harvard Medical School and the Veterans Affairs Boston Healthcare System.

Matthew White is a Psychiatric, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2019. Matt graduated from Cal State, Long Beach with a master's degree in clinical Psychiatry. Matt believes in an honest and straight forward approach to care, taking the time required to appropriately help those in need. Matt's areas of focus include Bipolar disorder, Depression, ADHD, and Schizophrenia. In his spare time, Matt enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and hiking in the Hollywood Hills.

During his residency at Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Simons received extensive training in both medication management and psychotherapy. He routinely incorporates biological, psychological, and social factors into his treatment approach. Some of his areas of interest include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and psychotic disorders. He also treats patients with childhood-onset ADHD. While he primarily provides medication management, he is also well versed in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.

In order to offer my patients the most appropriate treatments, I believe firmly in performing a rigorous diagnostic assessment. The results of this assessment are then discussed with my patients, and we work collaboratively to create a treatment plan tailored to his or her individual needs. When working with children, I believe it is essential that both the child and the parents' preferences be honored. If everyone agrees that medication is indicated, then my preferred approach is generally to use the fewest number of medications at the lowest possible effective dose(s).

Our therapeutic partnership sets the tone for treatment and is optimized with open communication and ongoing collaboration. Provider is accepting new patients for medication management only and does not provide stand-alone therapy services at this time many of the patients I encounter are suffering emotionally, physically, and spiritually. During treatment we delve into problematic thought patterns that present with anxiety, depression, pain, and addiction, founded in some form of trauma.

I am a strong proponent of collaborating with the patient to create a tailored holistic and evidence-based management plan that incorporates the anatomic, mental, cultural, and social variations of each patient. I have considerable training in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and specialize in major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I grew up in Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).

Dr Stevens is compassionate Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist with 25 years of experience treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders. Her practice philosophy includes evaluating the whole person in the context of their health, environment and relationships. She performs a thorough evaluation to make recommendations for treatment with an individualized balance of medications, psychotherapy and lifestyle/behavior interventions (such as exercise and nutrition) then works closely with you to follow through on your treatment in a way that optimizes your outcome and quality of life.

Brittany is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. She was born and raised in a small town in Missouri before she came to California as a travel nurse. Brittany has an extensive critical care background as well as a background in psychiatry and addiction medicine, and she believes in staying up-to-date with all the newest technology and medications to find what truly works best for her patients.
