I provide highly personalized care for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, work and relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma and grief; parents and families facing conflict or communication struggles; and partners seeking greater connection. I’m passionate about helping families face intergenerational wounds and supporting young people in building confidence and balance. I provide psychotherapy, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and as appropriate I prescribe medication and offer psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I work best with those ready for a challenge and willing to connect deeply and grow.
My primary therapeutic framework is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a mindfulness-based model that builds compassionate self-awareness and provides tools for understanding our inner patterns. I also draw on dialectical behavior therapy skills and nonviolent communication (NVC). Increasingly, I integrate movement and embodiment practices.
Clients can expect a warm, collaborative approach enhancing insight, emotional awareness, and practical skills. I often involve parents and partners, supporting validation, co-regulation, and healthier communication. Many clients find that therapy with me helps them manage strong emotions, reduce conflict, and facilitate change in relationship patterns.
