I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I first earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Delaware. I served as a nurse in several fields and joined the Army Reserve as a medic. In 2021, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing at National University. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for patients with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I am a general adult psychiatrist, practicing individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, couple psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and neuropsychiatry. My approach can be described as eclectic and practical. I routinely treat people with mood disorders, anxiety disrders, addiction disorders, and personality disorders.

I am a board certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist, specializing in mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. In addition to my private practice, I am an attending psychiatrist at Columbia University where I teach medical students and residents. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan which can include therapy and/or medications. As a graduate of the Juilliard School, I have a special interest in helping people in the performing arts who are struggling with various mood disorders. Dr. Kenia is a board certified and licensed Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst who believes in a holistic approach. She takes time to get to know each person so she can provide thoughtful and individualized treatment. She is trained in both medication management and talk therapy to treat a variety of adult disorders. As former Medical Director of the Center for Intensive Treatment of Personality Disorders [CITPD at Mount Sinai West] she has the unique background and experience required to help those with a diagnosis of personality disorder and/or histories of trauma.

Victoriya utilizes a culturally competent and holistic approach that is tailored to each client’s individual needs, understanding that everyone’s path to wellbeing is a unique journey. She combines her knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to provide each client with a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and lifestyle. Dr. Yan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University with honors in Economics. She holds a law degree from Harvard and was a practicing attorney before pursuing her medical education at New York University School of Medicine. While in medical school, she won the Best Research Presentation Award for the Jack Cary Eichenbaum Summer Scholars Program. She received her residency training in psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she served on the Mental Health Crisis Response Team during the Covid pandemic.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience. My practice includes psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. I have extensive experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD and trauma, eating disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders and maladaptive personality traits. I have a secondary specialty in women's mental health including symptoms associated with the reproductive cycle. I have an additional focus on work life balance, especially in the context of high achieving careers, major life transitions and acute stress. I am accepting patients in NY and CA (telehealth).

I am a Yale-educated, Cornell- and Columbia-trained psychiatrist (MD) with a PhD in neuroscience, providing customized treatment based on individual needs. I am committed to improving the wellness of my patients through a flexible and responsive approach. I specialize in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology for anxiety, OCD, ADHD, mood, and personality disorders. I am well versed in CBT, IPT, DBT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy (insight-oriented psychotherapy). I'm board certified (ABPN) in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. Ms. Ottah is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Adelphi University with a Master’s in Nursing. With over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse, she has primarily worked in the challenging environment of correctional health, providing care to patients with severe mental health problems, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. Her journey reflects her steadfast commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of her future patients.
