Currently we have availability on a weekly basis. Dr. Jacine Vilches is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual certification in family practice and psychiatry (double-boarded). After working at a level I trauma center and receiving her doctoral degree from Florida State University she practiced psychiatry in Boston with the severely mentally ill population treating disorders ranging from schizophrenia to generalized anxiety disorder and personality disorders. Recently she moved back to Florida to open her private telepsychiatry practice that focuses on the holistic treatment of mental health disorders.

I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Having started as an Educator, My Education and training Include a Master’s in psychology, a Master’s in Community and Public health, a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner, CAGS in PMHNP and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. As a Doctorate prepared Psychiatric and Family practitioner, I draw on my knowledge of Nursing, Psychology, Community / Public Health and Education to advocate for and provide the very best solutions for those I serve. My clients are usually feeling overwhelmed by sudden challenges and transitions which can alter perspective and cause stress, depression, anxiety and trauma. I provide the guidance and positive outlook needed to respond to stressful situations as opportunities to learn and grow. I also have a wide range of experience in crisis stabilization. Crisis strongly impacts day-to-day routines, yet with counseling, clients can move forward with life. Learning how to move forward, although often difficult, can prevent further emotional distress.

I use medications and counseling to help with mood related disorders that may include symptoms associated with anxiety, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, ADD. My focus is to help you achieve your goals.

Ryan Perry, PMHNP-BC is a compassionate and dedicated psychiatric mental health NP with a rich background in emergency medicine. With over two decades of experience as an Emergency Department RN, Ryan has honed his skills in caring for diverse patient populations, particularly those facing health disparities. Ryan's journey in healthcare began in 1999, serving at prestigious institutions such as Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and St. Luke’s Hospital. Throughout his extensive career in emergency medicine, he has worked closely with vulnerable communities, fostering a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

Stephanie L. Weingard graduated from Florida International University, achieving a post-masters certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient and intensive outpatient settings over the past 8 years. She is also a United States Air Force Reservist and works providing mental health care to both active duty and reserve members.
