I am a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been a NP for over 8 years and a RN for 18 years. I have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Nurse Administration/Leadership, a Post-Master’s Certificate as a FNP, and Post Master's Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health NP. I have a passion for teaching others about health and wellness and incorporate functional/integrative medicine with each patient interaction. I work with patients providing them tools and skills necessary in their personal life which enables them to live a healthier life.

I am the founder of Balanced Mental Wellness and have been a psychiatric nurse practitioner for over 10 years. I currently consult other practices and speak professionally on psychiatric medication and therapy topics throughout the country. I supervise and collaborate with our clinicians at Balanced Mental Wellness, ensuring that all clients receive the highest standard of care from a holistic and patient centered perspective.
