About
Struggling with anxiety, depression, fatigue, irritability, trauma, or mood instability can make it difficult to keep up with daily life. Your symptoms don't have to define or dictate your life, there is hope! I believe Healing = Feeling Heard + Symptom Relief + Learning New Skills +Self-Compassion. I help people balance the challenging demands that life can place on the mind, body, and spirit. My treatment approach combines the use of Western Medicine (medication management) with Eastern Traditions (mind-body-lifestyle interventions) to promote healing by using an integrative, holistic approach to your care.
My goal for your care isn't just to prescribe medication, but to help you live a more joyful, fulfilling life. My specialty is blending evidence-based neuroscience with compassion-focused solution focused interventions. Together, we will determine the best treatment approach to stabilize your symptoms & meet your goals.
I get what it feels like to not feel heard or seen by providers, or that you just can't keep up with life while managing work, illness, relationships, parenting, or adulting. This makes practicing self-care or caring for your mental health seem harder than it has to be. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. How can I help?
