I especially enjoy working with healthcare workers, caregivers, and high-achievers who have been holding everything together for everyone else, often at great personal cost.
My approach blends thoughtful medication management (when helpful) with IFS-informed therapy, somatic awareness, and functional psychiatry. We look beyond symptoms to understand your biology, nervous system patterns, and life story, focusing on root causes and strengthening your natural capacity for healing.
I believe healing doesn’t mean avoiding pain; it means learning how to stay present and supported when life is difficult. My role is to help you find steadiness during the storms and reconnect with what brings meaning and joy into your life.
