I am a Columbia University-trained psychiatrist and neuroscience researcher with experience treating a wide variety of psychiatric and mental health conditions. My expertise includes treatment of major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, psychotic spectrum disorders, as well as attention and concentration issues (ADHD). I have extensive experience with difficult life transitions, work/career issues, and relationships.
Resting on cutting-edge, evidence-based strategies that combine medications and talk therapy, my approach relies on creating a personal and collaborative partnership with clients as the foundation for building a treatment plan that is sensible, effective, and individualized.
Regardless of what brings someone to seek help, the ultimate goal I strive for with all clients is complete symptom remission with tangible improvement in their quality of life.
