My name is Will Whitlock, the founder of Peace Park Psychiatry. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed in New York State, with over 14 years of experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I’m passionate about creating safe, nonjudgmental spaces for clients to express and embrace their individual identities. My practice is deeply informed by a humanistic approach, recognizing each client’s unique experiences and value systems. My primary goal is to help clients achieve a foundational sense of internal peace amidst life’s chaos.
While my practice is centered in medication management, I supplement treatment with elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, Motivational Interviewing and psychodynamic therapy tailored to the specific needs of my clients.
