I am a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner offering telehealth services for all ages. I provide therapy and prescribe medication for multiple disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and bipolar disorder. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and inclusive of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients.
In addition to individual therapy and medication management, I provide group therapy sessions for DBT skills training. Medication management follow-up visits are available in 15-minute sessions for $65 after the initial evaluation, and combination sessions for both therapy and medication management are $130 per session.
