I am not a pill-pusher. I believe that while medications can be very helpful and at times life-changing, personal exploration through psychotherapy and healthy living habits are essential to sustained improvement. I work with you to find the right combination of medications and psychotherapy.
I studied Comparative Religion at Harvard before completing my psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, with additional psychotherapy training from NY Psychoanalytic Society & Institute. I have significant experience with college students, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people of color.
I am based in Philadelphia with virtual appointments also available across PA, NJ, and NY. I am happy to collaborate with your existing therapist if your primary need is medication management.
