I am accepting new clients with same day appointments available. After-hours and weekends appointments are available as well. In network with most major insurances in Oregon State and private pay rates are affordable. I believe in client driven and holistic care. I offer feedback and support in a laidback informal setting where everyone feels comfortable telling their story. Most treatment plans involve medication, therapy, or a combination of both. The aim of our first few sessions is to come up with a mutually agreed treatment plan with the first session being a listening session.
My practice specializes in serving patients with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, and sleep disorders among others. My experience working in various mental health settings enables me to see patients 10 years and above. I am available to meet virtually and in person with clients based in the state of Oregon.
I offer a warm and welcoming environment. My goal is to provide a safe space where patients feel comfortable telling their whole story in a judgment free zone. I am LGBTQ-friendly and also offer culturally sensitive care. I also provide education on life skills for recovery, coping skills, lifestyle changes, and self-care strategies.
