Throughout a person’s treatment, there is rarely one single correct option at any given stage, and I’ll work with you collaboratively to tailor your treatment in a way that aligns with your goals.
For some, this may mean starting, continuing, or adjusting medication. For others, this may mean reducing the role that medications play and placing greater emphasis on psychotherapy. I can work with you in a variety of possible capacities while also not losing sight of other facets of your life that contribute to your level of fulfillment.
