I specialize in treatment for depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma, as well as helping build skills to improve professionals' stress and burnout, relationship issues, and coping with medical illnesses.
As a cancer survivor myself, I bring both clinical experience and personal understanding to my work, with a focus on cancer psychiatry, psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, the mind-body connection, and LGBT mental health.
I approach psychiatry with the belief that every person’s story matters. Our life experiences shape how we see the world, and understanding those experiences is key to providing meaningful care.
