I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, based in South Carolina. I received my Masters in Nursing from Duquesne University (Forensic Nursing), Post-Masters in Nursing from University of Virginia (PMHNP). I served in both U.S. Navy and U.S. Public Health Service, retired in 2019. I have been practicing for 12 yrs. I have experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
In our first session we will complete a physical and mental health evaluation, review medical records from prior treatment, discuss your goal and expectations of treatment, discuss treatment options, order diagnostic tests as appropriate, develop treatment plan, answer any questions you may have.
We will also discuss the rules and expectations of this practitioner. Follow up appointment will be scheduled at the end of the session.
