Hi! I am a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), based in Massachusetts. I received my post Masters from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. I have been in a mental health field for 8years and I been practicing as a PMHNP for the past 2 years. I have experiences working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar , psychosis, and substance use. My goal is helping you breaking the circle and become the best versions of yourself.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges/symptoms you're having. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
