Hello! I'm currently taking new patients as of July 2026. I'm a psychiatrist who considers the whole person when treating mental illness. My approach to mental health care is holistic and individualized based on your needs, using nutrition and lifestyle, psychotherapy, and medication management if needed. I've used a ketogenic diet as well in treating some of my patients, but this is not a necessary part of treatment.

I often recommend and guide patients in using a healthy lifestyle to help improve mood, focus, and anxiety. Additionally, I obtain nutrition labs to identify key deficiencies that can contribute to or exacerbate mental health conditions. I also use insight-oriented psychotherapy and medication management.
