No two situations are the same and mental health needs in particular are profoundly personal. Everyone deserves competent, individualized, respectful care, but mental health providers are in short supply, especially for those who may need medication management as part of their treatment plan. If a provider is even accepting new patients, wait times for an appointment can be long and appointment times that meet your needs may also be in short supply. In response to these obstacles, my practice is structured to provide as much flexibility as possible to provide personalized care and meet the individual needs of my patients.
Beyond board certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I bring to the role 38 years experience as a registered nurse, including a broad background in medical- surgical, occupational medicine and wellness. I firmly believe mental, spiritual and physical health are inextricably intertwined, and it's essential to treat the whole person.
