My practice specializes in helping clients to integrate complementary practices into traditional care with the goal of greater self-understanding and empowerment, and reduced reliance on medications to the extent possible. While conventional practices may provide symptom relief, underlying issues sometimes remain and continue to cause distress. My clients are interested in incorporating alternative practices into their traditional care with the goal of identifying and healing root cause issues, and reducing reliance on psychiatric medications. I am a Harvard-trained, Board-certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with 24 years of attending psychiatry experience, including over 12 years treating inpatients. Over 30 years of study and use of alternative practices as well have led to a deep understanding of the power of these practices in conjunction with traditional treatment.
