Hello! I'm a wife, mother, psychiatrist, and psychotherapist. I specialize in women's mental health, particularly ADHD, eating disorders, and mood disorders. My approach to mental health care is holistic and individualized based on your needs, using nutrition and lifestyle, psychotherapy, and medication management if needed. Given my approach is so comprehensive, each follow up appointment is scheduled for an hour long.

I often recommend and guide patients in using a healthy lifestyle to help improve mood, focus, and anxiety. Additionally, I obtain nutrition labs to identify key deficiencies that can contribute to or exacerbate mental health conditions. I also use insight-oriented psychotherapy and medication management.
